CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS:

*	If written notice of cancellation is received from registrants prior to September 1, 2008 all payments will be refunded - less a $100 per room Processing fee.
*	If written notice of cancellation is received between September 1, 2008 and no later than October 31, 2008 a refund will be paid in the amount of 25% of the total payments paid; less the $125 per person Bob & Ruth's Administrative Fee.
*	There will be no refunds paid after November 1, 2008.
